CJ is determined to fix Principal Hader's Halloween-hate in time to rescue the school's cancelled Halloween festivities, while Crispo and Fenwick deal with costume-related crises.

Crispo has to serve as the eyes, ears, and legs for sick-at-home Fenwick, while CJ makes the most of her sick day by sneaking out of the house for a lab session with her school crush.

The delicate order of the school's lunch table system is thrown into chaos when CJ and the boys decide to sit different tables for one day.

When CJ and her friends find themselves at home alone for the night, they discover the challenges of taking care of themselves and realize that having mom and dad around isn't so bad after all.

It's time for the 7th grade elections and CJ and the boys decide to make their voices heard. But when the kids' friendly competition turns negative, can their friendship survive?
