Another courtroom drama, where the judge takes some matters under her own control to make the system more fair. This is an interesting twist, and some of the cases have been interesting, but there is something lacking in the overall presentation which I believe viewers will pick up on. Much like "The Code", another recent cbs courtroom series, there is something not quite right about All Rise.

Basic premise of the show is okay with the scriptwriters and producers following the age old narrative of the absent husband. Why the hell cant you rewrite the script showing him leaving the FBI and taking a legal position or LA based private defense contractor position and put him in the damn script more often. I'm tired of these damn scriptwriters showing a black household with no husband.CHANGE THE NARRATIVE!!!!!

I loved this show since it was on CBS and I'm so happy OWN took it over! The only thing I did notice is that the cast uses more foul language and that detracts from the over all greatness of this show. I hope they would go back to a more professional language but I will continue to watch. 2 thumbs up!!
