With only a little research nearly all of the arguments in this series fall apart. The historical accomplishments of other cultures to be so entirely down played as to say that they couldn't have happened without aliens is insulting and downright stupid. Real archaeologists spend their lives studying these cultures and their expertise are rarely (if ever) consulted. Instead we have the same few conspiracy theorists with little to no true knowledge about what they discuss being passed off as "experts". This is not the sort of mindset that should be promoted within our society.

I am not to happy with the show, it is one sided, it only give you their views point, and any one that has a different take on the alien theory, are not heard. It doesn't give you both sides of the coin, I have to ask myself why. What is their agenda, by keeping other view points to the views. As an example, the watchers. They say that they were flesh and blood from another world and can just come and mate with the women and have offspring to these so called aliens. Why did they lie about being God's?

The series is definitely worthy of some honor. One of the things I feel is very unique, is how they don't trash a single religion or faith, but rather hold them important for history's sake and what can be learned from the whole of all ancient writings. Of course one must have an open mind to understand this.
