Gangan Galaxy tries to pick a replacement member for the Final Battle, but Kenta, Team Wang Hu Zhong and Ryo are all disqualified. Blader DJ and the American DJ battle to see who will announce the final match, but their battle ends in a tie and they decide to announce it together.

The final matches of the Beyblade World Championships begin and Zeo of Team Star Breaker battles Masamune of Team Gangan Galaxy. Dr. Ziggurat tells Zeo that if he loses, his friend Toby's medical treatments will be discontinued. A desperate and possessed Zeo defeats Masamune in a hard fought match.
3 The Dragon Emperor Descends

Gingka is ready to face Jack in the second battle of the final round of the Beyblade World Championships but Ryuga suprises everyone when he shows up to take his place. Ryuga uses L-Drago to defeat Jack's Befall to even the match between Team Gangan Galaxy and Team Star Breaker.
4 Spirit's Last Battle

Ryo tells Team Gangan Galaxy that the US team, Star Breaker, consists of members that have artificially enhanced by Dr. Ziggurat. Damian and Gingka begin the final battle of the World Championships.
5 Showdown! Gingka Vs. Damian

Gingka battles Damian in the final battle as the Beyblade World Championships continues. Damian's Kerbecs starts strong, but Gingka's Pegasus rallies and defeats them and Team Gangan Galaxy become champions.
6 The Miraculous Spiral Force

The victory party for Team Gangan Galaxy is crashed by Doctor Ziggurat and a group of disgraced bladers who corner Gingka and his friends. Ziggurat demonstrates the power of his bey-based weapon called Spiral Force, which destroys part of the countryside. Gingka and his friends pursue Ziggurat and vow to stop his use of Spiral Force by whatever means necessary.
7 Charge! Hades City

Gingka and his friends decide to go after Dr. Ziggurat, but they encounter Ziggurat's minions who use their beys to try and stop their progress. Gingka and his friends prevail, and a small group actually makes it aboard Ziggurat's Hades City, which is now flying through the air powered by Spiral Force.
8 The Fallen Emperor

Gingka and his friends try to rescue Toby from the clutches of Dr. Ziggurat but are blocked by Julian Konzern. Wales and Sophie clear the way by battling their former partner, Julian, but they lose. Dashan then battles and defeats Julian but makes Julian realize that even in defeat, lessons can be learned in Beyblade.
9 Befall's Trap

While Gingka, Masamune and Kyoya try to find Toby in Hades City, Tsubasa is challenged to a battle by Jack. Tsubasa defeats Jack, and Yu destroys Jack's Arrangement Chamber.
10 The Wild Beast Unleashed

While Masamune and Gingka try to reach the Spiral Core and Toby, Kyoya battles Damian. Kyoya defeats Damian just as Dr. Ziggurat warns the world that he intends on selling his invention, Spiral Force, to the highest bidder. Masamune and Gingka reach the Spiral core and prepare to destroy it.
11 Rampage! Tempo

Gingka and Masamune battle Faust at the Spiral Core. Faust's bey, Twisted Tempo, actually sends them to another time and space with a Special Move. Ryuga intervenes by launching L-Drago at Hades City, which damages the Spiral Core. Gingka and Masamune rally to defeat Faust , but Hades City is damaged and looks like it will crash into the ocean.
12 Galaxy Heart

While Gingka tries to use Pegasus to absorb the excess energy at the Hades City reactor, Masamune finds he must battle Faust again. It is only when Masamune's old friend Zeo arrives to join the battle that they are able to convince Faust that he is actually Toby, and the three old friends are reunited. Meanwhile Gingka and Pegasus team up with Ryuga and L-Drago to shut down the overloading reactor and the world is saved from destruction.

After defeating Ryuga and his dark Bey L-Drago, Gingka is crowned the winner of the Battle Bladers Championship. When news gets out, other bladers from around the world want their chance at defeating Gingka and capturing the title of #1 Beyblader. The WBBA, now headed by Ryo, calls a global competition enlisting top representatives from each country to compete. The Beyblade World Championship is announced and each country prepares to bring their best to the world stage. The competition brings together old friends, new rivalries and a whole new mix of Beyblades, tricks and strategies. Travel to exotic locations and battle in never before seen Beystadiums. This time, the showdown is about more than a personal win, it's about carrying on a nation's pride!
