I have watched most of his shows, he inspired me to vacation in states that are historical, and, have some wonderful food experiences. Martha Lou's by the tracks, Scott's BBQ in Charleston, Boston's little italy, The Daily Catch, James Hook Lobster Rolls, just great eats, and want to say Thank You!!

As a veteran, I've had the opportunity to experience cultures through their cuisine and bring that pure flavour to my customers and enjoy challenging myself with your show. You need to make a recipe book!
