8 Blue's Big Beat Band

Josh and Blue are starting a band! As we play Blue's Clues to find out what instrument Blue will play, we form our very own house band, learn rhythms, identify tempos, and sing, tap, and clap all day long.

9 Hide and Seek with Blue

Josh, Blue, and all our friends are playing Hide and Seek, and Blue knows the BEST hiding spot! As we play Blue's Clues to figure out the best place to hide, we search for our hiding friends and play Snail and Seek with Magenta and Blue.

10 Blue's Treasure Hunt

Cap'n McStripes (that's "pirate" for Josh) and Blue are playing pirates, but where is the treasure?! We play Blue's Clues to figure it out. While looking for clues, we help Slippery identify missing shapes on his pirate ship and locate the Pirate Pandas' bamboo treasure by combining shapes.

About this show

In Blue’s Clues & You, beloved puppy Blue invites viewers to join her and Josh on a clue-led adventure to solve a puzzle. With each paw print, the viewer is inspired to interact with Josh and Blue to figure out Blue's Clues!

I remember watching this show as a kid. The makers of this show Traci Paige Johnson and Angela C. Santomero came back to do a reboot. The new series moved from its traditional cel animation to digital 3D. Traci reprises her role as Blue, while the background characters got new voices as well. Josh Dela Cruz is taking over for his cousins, Steve and Joe. He has a Handy Dandy Notebook with a phone on the back. Production of making new episodes: slow due to this COVID. If you are a Spectrum customer, you're in a bit of a pickle. You can't watch a new episode of Blue's Clues and You, so you'll have to watch everything online. But I really hated the fact that the new show is reusing plots from Blue's Clues.

I grew up watching Blues Clues, and my children have absolutely fallen in love with watching Josh and Blue. They have updated the format, making room for inclusion, more problem solving, and the way Josh sings keeps the children engaged. Also, now my son wants a guitar to play like Josh, he already has a Handy Dandy, Notebook!

Grew up watching blues clues. My daughter loves the new series, she’s just as captivated as when we watched the old series together. Love josh’s goofy personality. I think the they’ve mashed the modern with the original very well so it is more representative of what kids are surrounded by today.
