1 Issue 1: The Long Way Home, Part 1
7/19/10
The world has changed, but even with hundreds of new slayers working together in squads across the globe, Buffy Summers still has her own demons to face. And, after Buffy's squad takes on a trio of big uglies, Buffy is left to ponder the meaning of a mysterious symbol found on one of the victims' bodies. Later, the homesick Buffy, now based in Scotland, pays a visit to the giant-sized Dawn, only discover that Dawn's problems have only gotten bigger. Meanwhile, government forces led by General Voll unearth a frightening discovery that could spell deep trouble for Buffy and her squad.
2 Issue 2: The Long Way Home, Part 2
7/26/10
As Giles, Buffy, and Andrew continue to train neophyte slayers in various locations, teamwork gets encouraged, and Lando Calrissian's fashion sense gets slammed. Meanwhile, Xander posits an interesting theory about Dawn's giant size. Elsewhere, harboring a dark secret, General Voll moves forward with his plan and dispatches Amy Madison to destroy Buffy. Amy places Buffy under a sleeping spell, and only the kiss of true love will wake her. Meanwhile, Buffy, lingering in a nightmarish dreamspace, is visited by a mysterious stranger. Finally, as Amy's legions of undead lay siege to the slayers' Scottish stronghold, a familiar face appears to take them on.

Meanwhile, outside, Willow and Amy face off in a magical duel, where Willow gets an assist in capturing Amy. As Amy is being held captive, Buffy is awakened by a kiss from her true love. Elsewhere, Giles, still investigating the mysterious symbol, seeks information from an unlikely source. And, back at headquarters, Buffy and Willow play catch-up. Finally, Amy springs a trap and makes a dramatic escape, taking Willow with her and leaving Buffy fuming.
4 Issue 4: The Long Way Home, Part 4
8/9/10
Being held captive, and with her powers being siphoned, Willow is slowly mutilated by the vengeful—and skinless—Warren Mears. Meanwhile, unaware that General Voll is planning an atomic-strength ambush, Buffy's team works to open a portal in order to find and rescue Willow. Then, while Willow seeks refuge on another plane among a band of strange, elemental beings, Buffy and Satsu go on the attack, laying waste to General Voll's troops and rescuing Willow from Warren's diabolical clutches. Finally, as Buffy confronts Voll face to face, he announces the coming of the apocalyptic "Twilight," and makes an ominous declaration of war.
