Callanetics is the most amazing form of exercise I have ever come across. The transformation begins after the first hour! I am partial to the original tapes, as I thoroughly enjoy Callan's teaching style. I enthusiastically encourage everyone seeking a beautiful, strong body to add callanetics to your exercise routine.
