When the thousands of hamsters that supply the Kids Next Door's tree house with power all go on vacation, the KND are left vulnerable to attack by Gramma Stuffum and her army of living food./ The Kids Next Door's love for candy, places them in the dental crosshairs of Knightbrace, a maniacal vigilante bent on violently forcing superior oral hygiene on unsuspecting children.

Sticky Beard and his crew of candy pirates steal Sector V's candy, including Numbuh 5's secret stash./ The Kids Next Door meet Lasso Lass, the last active member of another era's version of the KND: The Cowboy Kids Club! Lasso Lass hasn't grown out of her adult fightin' ways and wants to team up with the KND, but can they trust an adult?

When the Treehouse is flooded with disgusting turnips, the Kids Next Door journey to the source and battle a monster turnip that plans on moving up the food chain./ Numbuh Two challenges the snooty miniature golf champion Rupert Puttkin to a match, but soon realizes that Rupert has much bigger plans in his golf bag of tricks.

A reluctant Numbuh Four accompanies his dad to work and gets caught up in an insidious scheme by the greedy company boss that involves Rainbow Monkeys, screaming girls and a one-way trip to Pluto!/ Joined by a mysterious Kids Next Door International Operative, the KND journey to the Arctic in their sno-sub in hopes of stealing a weather control device from a scientist they believe is obsessed with putting an end to snow days.

The Delightful Children From Down The Lane infect the Kids Next Door's Treehouse with a strain of gigantic lice. Breeding rapidly and growing to monstrous size, the insects quickly take over and the KND must battle the giant queen louse to de-bug their beloved headquarters./ Numbuh One has a secret girlfriend bent on making him a slave to her affections. But when her advances threaten to break up the Kids Next Door, Numbuh One's teammates must derail the love train.

A pesky fly finds its way into the Treehouse and causes five different reactions from the Kids Next Door operatives./ The Kids Next Door learn that all the neighborhood teenagers are going to a secretive locale called "The Point" which Numbuh One suspects houses an adult training facility. The KND stage a raid on the mountaintop retreat only to be horrified at what the teenagers are really doing.

A kid's cable network executive believes the Kids Next Door would be perfect for their own show on his "kid-centric" network, but when his nefarious motives are revealed, the KND decide not to follow the program./ Numbuh One suspects that the neighborhood kids shipped off to summer camp are being brainwashed by the camp's evil commander. His daring rescue mission hits a snag, however, when Numbuh Two and Numbuh Three suddenly have new priorities.

The Kids Next Door attempt to stop a birthday party for their arch-enemies, the goody-goody Delightful Children From Down The Lane, but a surprise and a monstrous guest stand between them and the greatest birthday cake ever./ Kenny and Chimpy are hired by Professor Triple Extra Large to do chores in his horrible disease storage laboratory, and everyone knows that chimps just aren't careful./ When the villainous Mr. Wink and Mr. Fibb extend the adult swim time to extreme lengths at the neighborhood pool, the Kids Next Door strike back with a vengeance.

Numbuh Two's little brother, Tommy, will do anything to hang out with his big bro, even forming a dreadful alliance with a villain who threatens the whole team./ When operatives from the Kids Next Door International Organization are neutralized by Mega-Mom and Destructo-Dad, the KND team up with the legendary operative Numbuh 274 to defeat the powerful parental enemies.

When a zealous Numbuh FOUR disregards orders and injures himself during a mission to destroy kid torture devices, the other Kids Next Door welcome his replacement: an extremely ambitious hamster./ A demented children's zoo owner captures the Kids Next Door for her kid exhibit and the KND's only chance to escape means cooperating with their sworn enemies, the Delightful Children From Down The Lane.

When an exhausted Numbuh One takes a much needed nap, practically every villain known to the Kids Next Door attacks the Treehouse. The rest of the team fights the quietest battle ever to keep from waking their leader./ When Numbuh Three discovers that her beloved Rainbow Monkey dolls are based on real animals, she travels to exotic Rainbow Monkey Island with the mysterious Mr. Mogul who has plans of his own for the innocent simians.

The frustrated Delightful Children From Down The Lane turn to Father for help in destroying the Kids Next Door and the KND suffer near-total defeat. With their leader gone, their Treehouse destroyed and their faith shattered, the KND are forced into a showdown with their most dangerous foe ever.
