“Country Town Rescue” tells the compelling story of the people of Trundle, a small rural community in central western NSW, who plan to save their town from disappearing with a uniquely Australian scheme. Families from across the nation will be given a chance to live in an abandoned farmhouse for just $1 a week! The only 'catch' is they will have to renovate these and become active members of the community.

This six part documentary series, filmed over 12 months, shows the unique spirit that exists to save rural Australia.
