Tired of seeing thousands of dollars literally go down the drain, Aaron dreams up a new brewing device that he hopes will make the brewery more profitable. After years of being the odd man out, Wiggs asks Chappy to give him shooting lessons on the Dark Horse gun range in an effort to be invited on the guy's hunting trips.

Aaron designs a tricked out, mobile ice shanty on tank treads for the guys to use while fishing during the brutal Michigan winter. When "Helga" the old bottling machine breaks down, the entire brewery grinds to a halt forcing Cabe to make a difficult repair to get Dark Horse back to putting beer out the door.

Aaron challenges Wiggs to make a bacon beer to be sold at the brewery's 4 Elf Party, their largest event of the year.

The guys complete construction on the Dark Horse Go-Kart track but a massive snowstorm hits before they can turn laps on it forcing them to figure out a way to race on the ice. Aaron and Wiggs go head to head in a brewing competition.

With the demand for their beer increasing, the Dark Horse crew boosts their output by brewing 24 hours a day which pushes their equipment to the breaking point. Aaron challenges the guys to mill their own lumber from trees on their property and rebuild the front of the brewery.

For the first time in their history, Dark Horse decides to enter their town's annual Christmas parade float contest. But the town's strict rules for the event don't sit well with the guys as they struggle to make their vision for their creation into a reality.

Acclaimed BBQ pit masters descend on Marshall, Michigan to attend the dark horse annual smoke-off. Aaron designs the ultimate smoker but is it enough to take home the competition's top spot? Armed with a secret recipe and lackluster equipment, Wacky throws his hat in the smoke-off ring.

Aaron and his team harvest sap from trees on the Dark Horse property in hopes of launching a lucrative maple syrup side-business. But a mishap during the boiling process could turn this "liquid gold" project into a complete bust. Wiggs' main mode of transportation is stolen. Under Cabe's tutelage he builds an innovative new way to get around...a brewery on wheels.

Aaron decides to expand the taproom and add exotic aquariums throughout the bar. But with a limited time to get all the work done, this build will push the guys to the limit. Wiggs convinces dodge ball legend, Cabe, to come out of retirement and help Dark Horse take home the championship.

The Dark Horse guys build the ultimate zip line on their property. Wacky gets into some hot water as he attempts to scrap some metal.

With the opening of the Dark Horse beer garden just days away, Aaron dreams up the ultimate centerpiece, a flame shooting water fountain. Wiggs and Chappy go head to head on the golf course.

Aaron decides to completely redesign the motorcycle shop on the Dark Horse compound. Cabe builds a custom chopper to showcase in the newly designed space.
