Portwenn is full of festive cheer—until Martin tells Leonard that he needs to stop playing Santa while he awaits the results of his medical tests. Leonard decides to show “Doc the Grinch” the magic of Christmas, with unintended consequences, and Louisa works to arrange a Christmas parade through Portwenn. After a mishap, Martin confronts some of his fears and tries to embrace the holiday spirit.
About this show
Doc Martin: He's surly, self-centered, rude, and uptight--but he's the only doctor in town. Martin Clunes (Manhunt, Men Behaving Badly) stars as Doc Martin, a hotshot London surgeon forced to change careers when he develops a fear of blood. Relocating to a sleepy, scenic Cornish fishing village, he offends everyone in town and falls in love with a beautiful teacher (Caroline Catz, DCI Banks).

Absolutely love this show !!!!!!! The story lines and characters are so intelligently interwoven. I'm grateful for one of my older sisters introducing me to the program. I've PVRed as many episodes as possible. Just bought a couple of new Chromebooks and Google Play offers a number of free television shows and series....... Doc Martin is on the list !!!
