Elinor Wonders Why

Olive doesn’t want to practice for her violin lessons, until, she discovers with Elinor and Ari the amazing crickets and their chirp. Then, Elinor wonders why her little bird friend Chickee doesn’t fly as high as other birds.

When Elinor, Ari and Olive are unsatisfied with their kid-sized play nest, they decide to improve it. Then, Elinor and her friends observe that lizards eat lots of different foods.

The kids try to figure out what it is that makes food - specifically, Olive’s curry lunch - spicy! Then, Ari is excited about playing baseball in the Big Game, but after practicing really hard, his muscles are so tired he can't play at all!

Elinor and her friends want to surprise Mz. Mole but need Siggy’s help to sneak past her. Then, Ms. Llama and the kids go exploring in the forest to find some truffles.

When Elinor is made “Clean Captain” at school, she takes the job a little too much to heart! Then, when Ari has a loose tooth at the beach, the kids try to figure out why.

Elinor finds a way to water a hanging plant all by herself. Then, when Olive runs out of red crayons, she and her friends are determined to find one - and end up discovering where crayons come from.
