Karen embarks on a journey from Staten Island to Arizona with her daughter Karina to visit her father, Sammy "The Bull" Gravano, after his release from prison. Jess attempts to let Billy back into Taylor and Joe's lives, while CP is pressured by his mother to leave Staten Island.

Karina makes amends with her dad, which causes Dennie to reflect on her relationship with her own biological father. Karen and Ramona begin to butt heads at the restaurant. While Jess is out of town, Joe begins to spiral out of control. Gina realizes there is an opportunity to clear her record permanently.

Karen and the crew celebrate the grand opening of her restaurant, which includes an unexpected guest. Billy continues to make amends with Taylor and Joe. CP disappoints his family when he doesn't show up for his sister's birthday. Dennie celebrates the christening of her godson.

Joe learns his fate after his court date, while Billy meets Taylor's boyfriend for the first time. Karina's relationship with Paulie comes to a head after his jealousy hits an all-time high. Dennie starts to pursue getting in touch with her biological father and CP decides to get serious about his future.

The crew heads up to the Poconos to get out of Staten Island, where Paulie and Karina's relationship is tested. Jess introduces Taylor and Joe to her new love interest. Gina continues on her path toward clearing her record, while CP focuses on work and Dennie has a visit with her aunt to track down her biological father.

A shocking loss turns everyone's world upside down. Karen and Karina are faced with a tough decision…will they leave Staten Island for good? CP reunites with his father as he gets out of prison and Dennie finally has a conversation with her biological father.
