After Van's partner, Andre (VONDIE CURTIS HALL), is murdered while trying to apprehend a powerful car thief, Van gets into a fight with Deaq, who he discovers is Andre's brother. Deaq is a cop who traveled from New York to avenge his brother's death. He and Van become partners and, working with Billie, hunt for a four-man crew that has been stealing cars, cash and valuables from other dealers. The guys know that this gang is responsible for Andre's murder. Van uses his smooth-talking style to gain the confidence of a woman named Cassidy (JENNIFER SKY), hoping she will lead him to Kane (CRAIG SHEFFER), the head of the organization. Van and Deaq trap Kane, using Deaq's uncle, Aquarius (recurring guest star KURT ANDERSON aka disc jockey BIG BOY), as bait. ISAAC HAYES guest stars as Marcus, PAUL GLEASON guest stars as Lannigan and FRED DURST makes a cameo appearance as himself.

While out socializing together for the first time--in a valuable sports car taken from the Candy Store without authorization--Van and Deaq encounter a trio of female jewel thieves who destroy the car, getting the pair into trouble with Billie. The cops pose as wealthy jewel buyers to gain the women's trust, but the operation goes awry when two robbery homicide officers get involved, unaware that Van and Deaq are fellow policemen. ANTONIO FARGAS guest stars as Jimmy Lipps.

Van and Deaq are sent to infiltrate a gang of Russian mobsters in order to learn whether or not an undercover cop, Dallas (ROD ROWLAND), who has been investigating the gangsters for two years, has actually joined them in their criminal activities. The partners must also stop the contents of a dangerous shipment from entering the United States.

When Deaq's ex-girlfriend, Rosaria (TAMMY TOWNSEND), has trouble leaving her abusive husband, Alton Loud (TERRENCE HOWARD), Deaq convinces Van and Billie to help stop Alton's armed robbery crew before they steal millions in a well-orchestrated casino heist. Posing as Rosaria's recently paroled cousin, Deaq infiltrates the gang. But Van worries about Deaq's emotional investment in the case, and he and Billie must race to save Deaq when he is exposed as an undercover cop.

Van and Deaq open a hip Hollywood nightclub to trap a major ring dealing the drug Ecstasy. When the investigation encounters problems, Billie gets involved. Musician BIZ MARKIE guest stars as himself.

Van frees his legendary convict father, Raymond (ROBERT FORSTER - "Mulholland Dr."), from prison to help with a counterfeiting case. Musician IGGY POP guest stars as McNair, a disheveled man with a connection to Raymond.

Van and Deaq search for a female assassin, Sophia Jones (JAMIE BROWN), who plans to kill a club owner, Wisdom Bailey (LAMONT JOHNSON). Bailey is expected to testify against a major gang in exchange for leniency on a murder charge. Sophia's initial attempt leaves Bailey's bodyguards dead, but Bailey escapes. Billie orders the guys to capture Sophia before she ruins the case against the gang. After Deaq poses as a corrupt cop who threatens to expose Sophia if she doesn't pay him, Billie and Van follow her to a meeting place but lose contact. Now, they must race to prevent Deaq from becoming Sophia's next victim.

Billie assigns Van and Deaq to infiltrate an Asian drug ring. Already undercover in the gang is Alexa Tan (CATHERINE KWONG), Billie's best friend from the police academy. Despite Billie's overprotective warnings, Deaq becomes romantically involved with Alexa, leading to a major confrontation with Billie. The situation quickly worsens when Alexa's identity as a cop is exposed, putting her life in danger.

Van and Deaq struggle to reconcile their distinctively different investigative styles when they go undercover to apprehend a murderous pimp, Nathan (musician PRAS). But when Nathan senses trouble with one of his women, the operation goes awry. If Van and Deaq try to save the woman, they risk exposing the fact that they are cops. They must make a life-or-death decision in order to capture Nathan.

Billie arranges for Van and Deaq to work with Shane (JOHN ASHER), a gang member whom they have just apprehended. To avoid going to prison on drug charges, Shane must help Van and Deaq infiltrate a Mexican gang by posing as drug suppliers. The gang's leader, Trey Stone (ERIC MABIUS), is not impressed by Shane, so Van and Deaq gain Trey's confidence by fighting a rival gang. But Shane proves less than trustworthy, and the consequences could be deadly.

Van and Deaq pursue a pair of sexy robbers who use an all-girl valet service to gain access to the homes of rich people. But after the guys learn their targets are lesbians, Billie goes undercover to solve this one herself--fully investigating sultry and dangerous Sara (JAIME PRESSLY - "Jack & Jill"). GEORGE HAMILTON ("Hollywood Ending") guest stars as himself.

Billie orders Van and Deaq to train a rookie cop, Jarod (MARK FAMIGLIETTI), the son of the deputy police chief. With information provided by Van's friend Johnny O (JAKE BUSEY - "Tomcats"), the guys pursue two dangerous blackmailers targeting the police force, but Van is taken hostage. While Deaq and Billie try to discover Van's whereabouts, Jarod must take action on his own to save Van before it's too late.

Van and Deaq infiltrate a criminal enterprise headed by Cyrus One (TREACH from the rap group Naughty by Nature), a thug who hires out-of-town assassins to kill Los Angeles Police Department cops. Meanwhile, Billie fights to fend off the chief investigator from Internal Affairs, Rolland Hill (JAY MOHR - "Pay It Forward"), as he tries to close the Candy Store. Part 1 of 2.

Under increased pressure from the chief investigator of Internal Affairs, Rolland Hill (recurring guest star JAY MOHR), Billie decides to take action herself and help Van and Deaq put an end to a recent spate of cop killings. However, he has some difficulty enjoying his freedom since he has betrayed a Nigerian crime lord who doesn't forgive. Van, Billie, Deaq and a sexy young counterfeiter, Gretchen (JENNY McCARTHY - "Scream 3"), devise a scheme to save Raymond and capture the crime boss.

Van and Deaq's seemingly easy assignment is to go out of town, pick up a witness and bring her back to Los Angeles. But the job gets complicated when the woman turns out to be a former acquaintance, Cassidy Shaw (recurring guest star JENNIFER SKY from the pilot episode). To make matters worse, assassin Sophia Jones (recurring guest star JAMIE BROWN from the episode "Wet") soon joins forces with Cassidy.

Billie assigns Van and Deaq to protect the wealthy and spoiled 19-year-old daughter, Simone Collins (MISCHA BARTON), of a former arms dealer after he learns that gangsters have targeted her for assassination. The main problems for Van and Deaq is that sexy and flirtatious Simone hates her father, doesn't comprehend the danger and definitely does not want to be protected. JILLIAN BARBERIE ("Good Day L.A.," "The Test") guest stars as herself.

Van and Deaq try to capture a violent, handsome psychopath, Julian (SAM BALL), whose killing spree doesn't seem to make any sense. Their problems are compounded by reluctant witnesses and the meddling of uniformed cops. As time passes--and the body count rises--Van and Deaq cope with the frustration of a case that may be too bizarre even for them.

As the birthday of Deaq's murdered older brother approaches, Van and Billie realize that Deaq is coping with painful memories. He tries to avoid the issue by focusing on the case against a ruthless drug lord. Meanwhile, NASCAR legend DALE EARNHARDT JR. (himself in a cameo appearance) accepts a street-racing challenge from the overconfident Van. KRISTEN BAKER (wife of series star BILL BELLAMY), guest stars as a flight attendant. Actor and director BILL DUKE (star of "Exit Wounds," "American Gigolo," director of "Hoodlum") directed the episode.

Billie and Van go undercover to end the partnership between a crazy crystal methamphetamine manufacturer, Murdoch Goucher (TOMMY LEE of the rock band Mötley Crüe in his acting debut), and a pornography producer, Lena (supermodel NAOMI CAMPBELL), who distributes the drug. But Billie and Van are horrified when they are paired to audition for an adult film. Meanwhile, Deaq poses as a biker and tries to keep up with the drugged Murdoch's exploits. Recurring guest star JAY MOHR appears as Rolland Hill, the police department's chief investigator of Internal Affairs.

After a long and arduous undercover operation, Van hopes for some rest and relaxation--and some flirting with a sexy hotel worker, Hillary (recurring guest star supermodel ALI LANDRY). But his situation soon becomes life-threatening when a mysterious caller explains that a cocktail Van just finished was poisoned, and he will die within 12 hours unless he helps get a criminal out of jail. Meanwhile, a secret from the Candy Store is uncovered, and there could be serious repercussions for Deaq and Billie. Part 1 of 2

Van, Deaq and Billie must carry out the orders of a killer named Nick McKussick (KIRK ACEVEDO - "Oz," "Band of Brothers"). Only after they perform tasks for Nick, involving the recovery of materials from foreign nationals entering the U.S., does he inform them of his poisoning victims, so they can be saved in time. As Billie relates how she knows Nick--and why she is so terrified of him--it becomes obvious that Nick is using the threesome to gain control of an incredibly lucrative stash of valuables, and the lives of countless unknown innocents depend on the cops' success.
