Trevor takes the Pontypandy Pioneers on a day trip to Pontypandy Island. In their rush to explore, the Pioneers fail to secure their boat and it gets washed out to sea leaving them stranded! James uses his explorer book to send out a smoke signal SOS but, when Norman tries to do the same, he accidentally causes a bush fire. Will Trevor and the kids escape the island before the fire spreads?!
