It is a very great show. Would like to get my son in shape for his graduation but me going through chemo its hard for him to even try.

I forgot to record this series when it started and just remembered about it today so I decided to get the episodes I missed. So far I've only watched the first episode and it was really emotional, truly inspiring and makes you want to change your whole lifestyle. (Not only working out, but clean eating as well.)

Inspirational and aspirational; everyone, healthy and otherwise, should view this series. Empathy-building and eye-opening in every way. Powerful, positive and life-altering.
