2 Part 2: The Cradle of Civilization

As they scope a tiny hamlet, the men of Bravo are frustrated by the capricious nature of the war, and Colbert struggles to defend the actions of the higher-ups. Meanwhile, First Recon runs into a number of surprises as they try to cross a bridge.
6 Part 6: Stay Frosty
8/17/08
Outside of Al Kut, Captain America is over-eager in his attempts to subdue a prisoner, while his men's growing disillusionment with his command is growing more apparent.

Pathetic attempt to recreate Apocalypse Now out if Desert Storm. I dont know specifically how marines conducted business, but as a retired Army sargent who did serve there, i can say it was NOTHING like this joke.

Excellent miniseries! Recommended even for those who don't like the "war genre". A very human look at the Marines of First Recon. Also highly recommend the book. If you like the miniseries; Read the book!

A close depiction of Devil Dogs in the field. The Sgt Maj was outstanding, Brad was a genuine platoon leader, his RC was an amazing recreation of the talkative (and good at it) Marine, which there a few. The Army guy doing the typical Army guy whining... They hate us because they ain't us. Semper Fi
