It's a year on from when Genny stopped being a player within Naples's crime world and Patrizia is on a tour of the Camorra families of Naples to establish a stronger link to the supply chain of cocaine: the Capaccos and the Forcella boys. Patrizia is a boss loved by Secondigliano, but is willing to use force when needed. All the while all roads seem to lead back to the Levante family...

Genny and Match visit London to acquire a company needed to establish their aiport business. An unexpected encounter will force Genny to dust off his old criminal methods and compromise with newfound moral company in order to save the future legality of his company. Suspended between past and future, Genny will be forced to confront the ever-present demons of his past.

The reactionary patriarchal system of the Levante family is put to the test when Patrizia begins dating Gerlando's favourite son, Mickey. And to avoid open war when the Forcella and the Capaccio domain is seized by the police, Patrizia will have to prove that she has learned what it means to be regent of the most powerful clan in Naples.

After a drug raid, Patrizia's right-hand man Nicola feels that he has lost the trust of his boss and decides to put himself on the trail of the spy who sold them to the police.
