About this show

The End of the World is coming, which means a fussy Angel and a loose-living Demon who've become overly fond of life on Earth are forced to form an unlikely alliance to stop Armageddon. But they have lost the Antichrist, an 11-year-old boy unaware he's meant to bring upon the end of days, forcing them to embark on an adventure to find him and save the world before it's too late.

I loved it!. Mix of madness and general fun. Create casting made some create choices pairing Tennant and Sheen. The two play off each other well and really give the sense of old friends having a lark. The take on the books is so very accurate with a good visual twist to make it addictive to the TV audience. I binge watched all the episode then found myself wanted to watch them again straight after. I really hope the series gets a second session and that it doesn't take to long to be produced. It would be such a shame if the story ends here.

Characters are extremely well written and beautifully cast. The depth of the humour ranges from extremely subtle to outrageous, from miraculous... to a little bit evil. A show for those with the sense to enjoy a bit of nonsense.

Perfect casting! Wonderful adaption from one of my favourite books - if you haven't read it, do so. It makes more sense if you've seen the series first. Sheen and Tennant are the absolute perfect casting for the main characters, and Jack Whitehall is pretty awsome too. So many familiar faces on minor roles too.
