Robin
Started watching this in 2014, when it first aired now we're into 2016 and I'm still watching it. I've made lots of new friends because of this show and I'm so grateful. Not only is the show great, but so are the cast. They're genuine, down to earth people and I love that, they also notice fans on social media (I've been noticed by 8 members of the cast this year alone). The characters are played well. The show differs from the comics quite a bit but that's well worth it. Can't wait for 03x12 coming soon

Characters who are supposed young cops years after Bruce Wayne has become Batman are nonsensically older and seasoned detectives in this. Even half his supervillains are already establishing themselves long before he gets put of school and Catwoman/girl is not only a witness to his parents murder but his personal stalker. Utter written like fan-fiction trying to relate everyone in current comics to each other even when they were kids. The Penguin is not a serial killer idiots, he's a money launder.

If Gotham were a person, I would immediately give it a medal. The characters are well developed and each one has something distinctive about them. Harvey Bullock makes a really humorous scene stealing partner. Jim Gordon is Jim Gordon, except younger, Alfred is British and I like his Cockney accent. ( I am British). Jada Pinkett Smith makes a good villain. ( too bad penguin put her to sleep so soon). This show has gone a long way and become a true part of batman's mythology. A great watch.
