Also known as Haymarket Theatre or the Little Theatre, it was built in 1720 by John Potter and was the third public theatre opened in the West End. Owned by the Crown Estate.

Owned by Sir Cameron Mackintosh. Grade II listed as of 1999. In the 1950s, the theatre hosted a variety of famous performers from Bob Hope to Benny Hill, Frankie Howerd, Peter Sellers, and Morecambe and Wise.
