Great humor, style, pacing, and character development without getting too heavy. Someone wrote a review saying that "any woman will never be the butt of any joke or comedic abuse" This is completely and verifiably false. There are many jokes made at Harley's and Ivy's expense, and at the expense of other women in the show. In the second episode Harley tries to crash a party by showing up with tons of "QUEEN SLAY" energy but it turns out to be a kids bar mitzvah. Literally making her the butt of a joke. I think people just have no idea how to tell a woman with agency from pandering BS like the "woman team up" scene in Endgame, which was cringe. This show is none of that. It does not paint women as being infallible. Yes, this show is super feminist in the sense it does something that a lot of other shows still have trouble with. Equality. And if you can suspend your disbelief that a tiny 5'6" asian man can beat up giant 6'5" guys in Jet Li movies, you can suspend your disbelief that Harley can hit guys with a bat so hard it kills them.

This show is awesome!👌This is what DC should focus on instead of chasing Marvel's MCU. Use your awesome animation department(big love to WB Animation, all your work lately has been top notch from top to bottom❤️) to create something mature and original! HQ had me laughing out loud with awesome voice over work and casting as well as great use of all of the DC characters(Bane is hilarious). Bravo DC more of this please 🔥🔥🔥

Solid show BUT the girl power overly feminist dialogue of the show really annoys to the point where you'll almost definitely drop the show completely when you see the pattern. They way it's done Ivy or any woman will never be the butt of any joke or comedic abuse. Really turning what should be funny with everyone being razzed into a bitter "I hate men" show dressed as a Batman[adjacent] show.
