When FBI Agent Audrey Parker is called to Haven on a routine case, she finds her assignment has been killed in unexplainable fashion -- and when strange weather phenomena begin to strike the town -- and Audrey -- she begins to suspect that not everything is as it seems in Haven. As the weather events grow more destructive, Audrey discovers that someone in town might be more connected to the incidents than she could possibly imagine -- that Haven turns out to be a longtime refuge for people that are affected by a range of supernatural afflictions...

While Audrey tries to settle in as a Haven local and as a new police officer in town, she and Nathan investigate the seemingly random destruction of a local bar. When other strange events begin to occur -- even targeting Audrey herself -- they must race to figure what the connection could be, and what or who might be making them happen.

Audrey and Nathan investigate an upheaval at the local psychiatric hospital -- where something happened to make the patients normal for a time, but sent their doctor into madness. As they track down the escaped patients, Audrey and Nathan discover that whatever caused the temporary reversal has begun to spill across all of Haven -- making normal townspeople go dangerously insane.

Audrey remains in Haven to follow up on a clue to her own orphan past -- an old photo from the local newspaper, of the infamous "Colorado Kid" crime scene, reveals a woman who could be her mother. But Audrey stumbles upon another mysterious event in town, when food, fields, and even livestock around Haven all begin to die, and she joins with Nathan to investigate what the source of the epidemic could be -- and what's really happening in this extraordinary place.

When extremely old men mysteriously turn up dead in town -- and appear to be aging and decomposing at an extraordinary rate -- Audrey and Nathan begin to track down whatever must be preying upon the men of Haven. And when someone close to Audrey becomes the next victim, she must figure out how to reverse the process before it's too late.

When local hunters in Haven begin to die from what appear to be animal attacks that defy explanation, Audrey and Nathan begin to suspect that area animals have turned the tables on their killers -- hunting the hunters for a change. But Audrey and Nathan soon discover that even the animals in Haven are full of surprises.

Audrey and Nathan are pulled into a new case when a Haven man is found mysteriously bent, broken and crumpled. When other unexplainable incidents begin to happen, it seems that someone is physically hurting people from afar -- and Audrey, Nathan and Duke fear that they could be confronting their most dangerous "troubled" person yet.

While investigating the death of man tied to a Haven clinic, Audrey and Nathan stumble upon a local ghost story spread by patients there -- about a dark spirit that wanders the premises and takes the lives of sick people before their time. But what at first seems like a myth becomes all too real when the spirit claims more victims and directs its attention at Audrey.

Audrey's new Haven friends and acquaintances -- Nathan, Duke, Chief Wuornos, Vince, Dave, Eleanor and her daughter Julia -- attend a surprise party for her birthday at a nearby island hotel. But the mood quickly turns to fear and paranoia when the group discovers that a predatory shape-shifter has joined them -- meaning that one of them has been replaced by this thing. And the group must determine which of them is the imposter before it's too late.

While Duke helps Audrey look into the mystery behind the Colorado Kid and who was present the morning the body was discovered, Nathan pulls Audrey into a new case, tracking down a killer on the loose in Haven. But when they track down the one person present at the scenes of each crime, their suspect turns the tables on them: she claims to have been trying, and failing, to save the lives of people whose deaths she had already foreseen.

Agent Howard visits Haven to question Audrey about her strange behavior as a local policewoman, but the interrogation is derailed when two of the town's criminals hijack Duke's boat with Howard, Audrey and Duke aboard.

A mother and her two children haven long been tormented by Haven locals, who have blamed the late father of the family for a recent tragic accident in town -- the sinking of a charter boat -- ever since it claimed several lives. While they search for who or what is causing the chaos, the other Audrey Parker recruits Duke to help her investigate the clues to the mystery of Audrey's identity left behind by the impostor Agent Howard.

A bizarre series of deadly electrical events occur across town, and Audrey and Nathan must investigate. The game changes when Haven's most popular leader himself is electrocuted -- leaving behind his son, Chris, who suddenly inherits the family unique "gift," for better or worse. Meanwhile, Duke reluctantly teams with Evi to find answers in his quest, and Nathan meets another surprise his dad left him to deal with as the new chief of police.

A wedding between two rival families at an isolated estate becomes a lethal trap for everyone in attendance when the location gets sealed-off, and something inside starts taking people. Audrey and Chris find themselves trapped, and must work together to weed out the cause. But as they attempt to uncover what the mission the copy is hell-bent on finishing, Audrey, Nathan and Duke are lead into a deadly trap.

After a Haven police officer dies from a terrifying infection while inside the police station, the new Chief of Police that replaced Nathan seals the building shut -- in order to contain the outbreak. Trapped on the inside, Audrey and Nathan suspect the force they face is no mere outbreak and that there's something more sinister at play in the station -- but their only aid on the outside is Dwight. Meanwhile, Duke brings Evi to the station to confront her along with Nathan.

The worst is feared when a local teen disappears into Haven's sprawling woods, with a murderous criminal on the loose nearby. Audrey and Nathan lead a search party into the wild, recruiting Dwight, Vince and Dave -- but they find they are not alone when they run across the Rev and his own search party -- and when they come across evidence that a ghastly supernatural legend about something haunting this forest might not be a story at all.

When Audrey and Nathan investigate a series of murders where the bodies are mysteriously mummified, they discover that a troubled person might be killing off his own kind. But the events swirling around Audrey in the wake of what happened with the Rev threaten to upend everything, and cause a startling revelation about her past. Meanwhile, when he crosses paths with Dwight on a covert mission, Duke discovers a secret about his own past, which threatens to change the course of his future.

In the second season finale of Haven, the dead begin to come back to revisit the living, seeking revenge and taking care of unfinished business. But Audrey, Nathan and Duke are pushed to confront their ultimate destinies by their visitors -- including Duke's late father, Simon Crocker, and the Rev, who is dead-set on completing his endgame for the fate of all of Haven.
