Heartland is a great show and I discovered it via the tv ads but it took buying the first few seasons, like buying a limited series, then watching them from the start, binge watching them even, to make me a supporter then fan of the show! I even was Fan of the Month once, plus I met 4 members of the cast twice at the same charitable meet and greet (two consecutive years!) and all four (Amber, Graham, Shaun and Alisha) were very nice!

Heartland is amazing! They show real life problems and situations and have that western background from Alberta! Its just and overall awesome show! I love heartland so much! I love how Ty and Amy got back together after the whole Prince Amed situation. It just showed how much of a family heartland is! The horses and disciplines and great and shows everyone so much variety, that they make it very hard to not like!!!

I first started watching this show on netflix for the horses and continued to watch it for the people. I would say that the show is well rounded out and all character grow and blossom in this show. Except the dad, I usually just dont like him. This season did turn him around to a more like able character or at least gave him some growth that I could get behind. Still my least fav character. Would like to see more horses or horse stories come out tho. I miss having it in the show
