Season 2 episodes (8)

1 The Battle of the Sexes
5/25/09
Nine just-married couples compete for a life-changing cash prize to help kick-start their new lives together and realize their dreams in this one-hour romantic comedy reality series. Hosted by comedian PAT BULLARD, "Here Come the Newlyweds" is all about relationships, the differences between men and women, and the universal issues that every couple must face. The newlyweds are diverse, sexy and competitive. In this eight-episode series, each couple faces a variety of mental and physical challenges to test the love and passion they have for one another as well as their competitive spirit. At the end of each episode, the couples vote to send one pair home. The stakes get higher as the potential nest egg grows, until one couple wins the grand prize.
2 The Butt Grab
6/1/09
The eight remaining just-married couples get slightly embarrassed when famous psychosexual therapist DR. RUTH drops by to give them relationship tips. The week's challenges to help grow the jackpot include having the wives identify which backside belongs to their husband by touch alone; and the competition is on to see which couple can scoop up the most bugs -- including roaches and water bugs -- into a jar using only their hands.
3 I Know What a Ho Is
6/8/09
A tantric educator visits the seven remaining couples and discusses with them how they can enhance their sexuality and improve the quality of their love. Also, the wives find out how well they listen to their husbands when the guys, via cell phone, must describe to them a variety of hardware items.
4 Tattoos For Kids, Really?
6/15/09
The honeymoon is over for the six remaining couples as the competition heats up. The husbands must match their wives' responses to the question, "What is your husband worst at: kissing, cuddling or foreplay?" Also, the couples' ability to work as a team is tested when they design a carnival booth and come up with a game for the neighborhood kids to play. The couple who earns the most tickets will be one step closer to the life-changing cash prize.
5 She Must Have A Tapeworm Or Something
6/22/09
To build the growing cash prize, the husbands have to correctly guess which plates of food belong to their wives. Also, teamwork and patience are put to the test when the five remaining couples race to be the first to successfully load camping equipment and vacation items into a minivan.
6 Oh My I've Never Seen Him Like This
6/29/09
The four remaining couples are given an empty room to turn into an attractive, stylish space that reflects their combined tastes. Recognized interior designer Nate Berkus will decide which couple did the best job. Also, a licensed hypnotherapist helps the couples let go of their inhibitions, resulting in some fun but strange moments.
7 Anniversaries, Wrinkles, and Babies
7/6/09
The tension is rising as the three remaining couples compete for the life-changing cash prize. One of this week's challenges has the newlyweds looking into their future and correctly answering how they will celebrate their tenth wedding anniversary. Later on, the husbands -- wearing makeup so they look 40 years older -- present their wives with endearing and hilarious fortieth wedding anniversary greetings. And the couples learn how well they might take care of their future baby by their performance in an obstacle course with challenges including how fast they can dress their baby, make a bottle of formula and set up a playpen.
8 Who is Going Home With the Money
7/13/09
The final two couples learn that the other newlywed couples they competed against will be the ones to decide who will win the life-changing grand prize. But first, the finalists must vie to earn "opportunity cards" that allow them to cancel a vote. Plus, host Pat Bullard takes the final two couples to a retirement home where long-married couples talk about what makes a strong, successful marriage
