Does not represent the cosplay community. Many of the contestants' fears and concerns are what would be considered drastically out of control in average cosplayers. We do not care what a person looks like, whether they act in character, or have any crafting skill, and most of us don't appreciate it when cosplayers look down on or otherwise bash or snub other cosplayers. This show, if you read the remarks of those involved, is not scripted, but is heavily and unfavorably edited for reality TV purposes.

I have got to say this is a very bad show. Its scripted to high heaven and then edited for maximum drama. There is definitely an elitest attitude. I could go on and on with everything wrong with this show.

The editing done by syfy paints the conflict and interviews in the worst possible light. It makes these people seem like catty stuck up individuals. Its a shame that this is what people will think of and see in relation to Cosplay.
