As Miss Las Vegas Holly Madison approaches her 32nd birthday, she finds her life turning upside down - Peepshow wants her to lose 10 pounds, "frenemy" Jayde Nicole invades her Vegas world, and ex-beau Hef announces his engagement to Crystal Harris. How will Holly cope?

After learning of ex-boyfriend Hugh Hefner's engagement to Crystal Harris, Holly decides to go to the Playboy Mansion and discuss the surprising news in person. Meanwhile, Josh agrees to his managerʼs suggestion to find a therapist so he can deal with his inner demons once and for all.

As Holly welcomes Vegas newcomer Claire Sinclair (Playboy's Miss October 2010) into her tight-knit group of zany friends, the dynamic blonde comes face to face with Hef and his new fiancée Crystal Harris. Itʼs the first time Holly has seen the couple since her critical comments about Crystalʼs intentions made tabloid headlines.

When Holly's assistant Angel lets one too many things slip through the cracks, Holly realizes it's time to make a change. She fires Angel in hopes that the young mom can find her own career path. Meanwhile, Laura cozies up to Holly's "frenemy," Jayde Nicole, and Josh has an emotional breakthrough in therapy.

As Holly works with UFC President Dana White on a future clothing line partnership, Josh focuses on recording his first album, and Laura discusses potential business opportunities with Hollyʼs "frenemy" Jayde Nicole.

Holly helps get Angel a modeling gig as a Bunny for a Playboy Club promotional ad, not realizing that Jayde Nicole is part of the same shoot. When Jayde, cast as a "customer," won't stop making condescending cracks about Angel's possible future as a real cocktail waitress, the fur begins to fly -- followed by the drinks.

Angel deals with the fallout from her fight with Jayde Nicole, which has ruined a photo shoot, threatened Holly's professional reputation, prompted a warning from manager Jason Verona, and -- perhaps most importantly -- driven a wedge between Laura and the rest of Holly's friends. Can "the gang" recover from the drama and conflict?

While Josh and Angel are off to South Carolina to hunt down more information on Joshʼs birth parents, Holly recruits her pal Laura to help give Internet sensation Nichole337 a makeover. Will Josh and his private investigators find what theyʼre looking for? Or will they hit a dead end?

While Josh, along with Angel and his adoptive parents, meets his birth mother and biological sisters, Holly shows off her slimmer physique at a magazine shoot. Will Josh's reunion with his birth family begin to answer some questions -- or re-open some old wounds?

Angel endures a nerve-wracking audition for a role in a new Vegas show. Then, Holly and friends make a super-sexy music video for Joshʼs hit single, "Report to the Floor." When they shoot the final scene at one of Sin Cityʼs hottest nightclubs, none other than everyone's arch-nemesis Jayde Nicole shows up. Will the claws come out, or can Holly, Angel and Jayde play nice?
