Really love the show. Erin has great design ideas, appears to very sweet and caring, and is beautiful Ben is hilarious I love the puns. The craftsmanship that he puts into the special projects he builds for the houses really shines through. He just seems like the kind of guy that would be awesome to just be friends with. I could almost picture myself leaving Chicago to hire them to find me a house in Laurel...but then I saw the episode with the 500 bats in the attic haha.

I love this show and Ben and Erin's down to earth personalities. I do not understand why some are trying to compare this show to Fixer Upper and Chip and Joanna Gaines. Some say they fall short of the Gaines' style. I don't even think of Home Town this way. These are two distinct decorating style, both of which I love. What I love most about Erin's decorating style is her use of color. The girls not afraid of color! I love how they renovate the average home and make it refreshing and new. They don't put up new siding for example, but usually paint over the old siding. In my opinion, this is realistic for most folks and that is why I love the show.

I'm hoping u get my message, I just watched for the second time, John Combe, the best u have ever done. For whatever reason, I was touched by this man, so colorful, something special, I told myself I would loved to meet this, bet he is a lot of fun. I'm so sad, crying of his passing, how heartbreaking, to not enjoy his beautiful home, condolences to family, and hgtv. Special thanks , to u and your husband. I love u two. Your work is stunning, etc.
