I have a touch of sciatica thanks to bearing enormous babies, and was looking for a yoga dvd to help stretch out my body. I'm really into weight training so was excited that this dvd offered yoga and body weight training in one. It really hadn't disappointed. I love Jillian - she explains things really well and makes you sweat, and the poses are hard but not impossible. I do it every morning in my pjs and sciatica is much better! Result!
