Dylan and Evie are reeling after Dylan's feelings for her are outed by Luke. We flash back to six months earlier, when the friends went on a disastrous retreat to Angus's lakeside cottage, and Dylan first realised the strength of his feelings for Evie.

Dylan has rekindled things with his old flame Abigail, and things are getting serious. In a flashback to six and a half years ago, we see the moment Dylan and Evie first met, at her and Luke's house party - a formative evening full of romantic disasters, heartbreak and one-night stands.

Luke helps Angus to get back on the single market, while Dylan gets more serious with Abigail. In a flashback to six years ago, things between Evie and Dylan get more complicated when Dylan unknowingly sleeps with her sister.

Luke sees a therapist to work through his relationship issues, while Dylan and Abigail go on a flat viewing. Flashing back three and a half years, the gang join Angus and Helen at a country hotel to sample the wedding reception package. While Luke searches for a mysterious girl in the hotel, Evie must acknowledge her true feelings for Dylan.

A flashback to two and a half years' ago finds the gang at an awards event with Luke's company. While Luke navigates a work crisis, Dylan hits it off with a barmaid and secures some life advice and a date and Evie tries to pluck up the courage to finally make her move on Dylan.

A flashback to the previous year finds Luke attempting to rekindle things with his first love Jo, while Dylan navigates a love triangle at work and Evie struggles to hit the right romantic note on her first Valentine's Day with Mal.

Dylan meets another girl from the list, though he's not sure if they ever did sleep together. Flashing back three months, we see the chaotic boys' night out that led to the semi-sexual encounter. When Angus wins big at a Casino, the gang head to a strip club to blow the money. Evie, meanwhile, has a disagreement with Mal that leaves her questioning her upcoming marriage.

A flashback to the night before finds the gang at Angus' divorce party, with Luke trying to control his sexual drive, Angus getting a surprise guest, and Abigail noticing the chemistry between Evie and Dylan. In the morning, Dylan must rush to save his relationship, while Evie's big news threatens to destabilise it more than ever.
