About this show

Bored and unhappy as the Lord of Hell, the original fallen angel, Lucifer Morningstar, has resigned and retired to the City of Angels, where he teams up with an LAPD detective to solve crimes. Whether it's a suppressed desire to punish the wicked or something deeper, the very thought that he could care about a human being disturbs him.

While Season 1 and Season 2 were fantastic, Season 3 has been a big disappointment. The broader strokes are there, but the writing amateurish, the directing poor, the overall tone lost. They somehow manage to spin gold into straw...

I enjoyed the pilot, but I can't help think Lucifer should be a bit more "evil". He may be tired of running Hell, but he's still Lucifer. I'd like to see more "bad guy doing bad things to ultimately serve good ends". A dash of darkness is warranted. Still, it's fun, and funny. I'll keep watching, but I'll likely wait for it come out on n*flix.

Great show. I’m a Satanist do anything that has to do with Lucifer. Even though this version of Lucifer is way outside the box; it’s what makes it so great. They took some real lore and made up a bunch of it themselves. But really great writing, fantastic acting. This is a show that shouldn’t end after 6 seasons or a 2 part 5th season. Netflix should keep this going. Hey Google why don’t you grab the rights and keep it going. I know that’s not possible but I hate when great shows are ended too soon.
