About this show

Bored and unhappy as the Lord of Hell, the original fallen angel, Lucifer Morningstar, has resigned and retired to the City of Angels, where he teams up with an LAPD detective to solve crimes. Whether it's a suppressed desire to punish the wicked or something deeper, the very thought that he could care about a human being disturbs him.

The Pilot was great, then it just repeats until it becomes a slightly camp 'The Mentalist'. I really thought I had found a great show. I stoped watching after 5 episodes as I couldn't take any more.

I can't believe some people out there giving this series such a low score, it's well put together, thought provoking and entertaining, although the crime side of it can get a little samey with a "who's dead this week?" kind of vibe, the reason to keep watching is the character growth that games the overall show. Well written and here's hoping for a series that runs for a few more seasons

Great series, really witty and engaging and nice character development as the series progresses. Refreshing to have a lead character so evil and typically hated, but this time shown from a different perspective, with some real humility and warmth.
