Mike Trout delivered the go-ahead hit and the game's first run, winning the All-Star MVP Award, but it was Derek Jeter who stole the show in his final Midsummer Classic. Jeter went 2-for-2 with a run scored to set the tone for the AL, which won home-field advantage in the World Series.

Yoenis Cespedes owned it Monday night just as he owned it a year ago at Citi Field, and in so doing, Cespedes joined Ken Griffey Jr. (1998-99) as the only Derby participants to successfully defend their crowns.
