Widower Sam Jones (Ken Berry) no sooner moves to the town of Mayberry than he finds himself elected to the city council. Although inexperienced in local politics, he somehow always finds a solution to the problems that pop up in the small town of Mayberry R.F.D. Spin-off of "The Andy Griffith Show."
