After sending the Philly girls packing, the ladies of the original Staten Island crew are finally at peace. But when a new girl threatens to disrupt their newfound tranquility the group is faced with some difficult decisions. While Ang struggles to recover from throat cancer, Drita makes plans to write a tell-all book about her life causing problems at home with her husband Lee.

Drita is forced to defend herself when she hears the slanderous allegations from the Mermaid Parade. Karen and her boyfriend Storm face difficult decisions in their tumultuous relationship. Renee brings a friend into the circle who packs a verbal punch and quickly shakes things up on a girls' weekend to the Hamptons. Drita discovers that delving into her past and writing her book is not as easy as she thought it would be.

After Brittany and Marissa's confrontation, the Staten Island girls try to make the most out of their final days in the Hamptons. As Drita finds herself on the outs with her longtime friends, she quickly discovers an alliance with newcomer Brittany. While a paranormal presence makes it difficult for Renee to convince her son AJ to move back home, Ang's reckless choices of the past continue to haunt her as she struggles to get her bartending license back.

Ang gives Neil an ultimatum after a fight about finances. While tensions between Drita and Carla run high at Ang's birthday party, Karen continues to deal with her father's critics. Marissa voices her strong opinions about Brittany's newfound friendship with Drita.

Tired of the drama, Ang gathers the OGs in an abandoned warehouse for an old-fashioned sitdown. Renee works to convince her son and his girlfriend to move in with her. Karen finds herself in the middle of a feud between Brittany and Marissa that explodes into violence.

Loyalties are called into question after Marissa and Brittany wage war on each other forcing the other women to take sides. Drita seeks out inspiration for her book, as well as Lee's blessing. Ang gets some unexpected news about her health.

Ang receives devastating news that exposes the cracks in her marriage with Neil. Brittany's issues with Renee and Carla create a stronger alliance with Drita. A troubling rumor reopens the toxic feud between Drita and Karen.

The war between Karen and Drita reaches irreparable heights when Brittany relays an explosive rumor. The women work to cheer Ang up as she faces yet another life threatening surgery. Renee decides to take up a new hobby to stay out of the inner circle drama.

Karen works to squash the feud between Brittany, Carla and Renee but accidentally creates more bad blood. Renee's dance instructor issues a surprising challenge. Big Ang's future hangs in the balance as she waits to find out if her cancer has spread. Drita hears a rumor that could destroy her relationship with Karen forever.

Karen tries to step out of the drama and back into her relationship with her daughter. Renee performs in her final ballroom dancing class. Drita continues to steam after hearing Karen's verbal attack and calls for a final sitdown with Karen and Marissa. Ang reveals some disturbing news about her health.

Never-before-seen footage from the show's tumultuous history will be shown to the women for the very first time as they get ready for a final sitdown. Drita and Karen come together one last time to settle old scores, and Ang makes a heartfelt appearance in the midst of her intensive cancer treatment. The women will put everything out on the table and have one final chance to reconcile their differences.

While playing bocce ball, Renee cannot believe that her son, AJ, bought a motorcycle and is not ready to move in with his girlfriend.

Big Ang talks to Neil about her health issues and her son moving to Florida before they FaceTime with Gabby and Big Ang's grandchildren.

While in the Hamptons Carla, Karen, Big Ang, Marissa, and Brittany openly talk about all the issues they have in their relationships.

When Karen hears Karina's doubts about her father's love for her, Karen calls up Dave so that the three of them can clear the air.

While Drita talks to Brittany about what Marissa said, Marissa tells Carla what she plans to do to Brittany when she sees her next.

When Big Ang's doctor calls her in regards to a recent lung scan, Big Ang gets nervous that her cancer may have returned.

After an intense workout, Brittany talks to Drita about the conversation recently had with Karen regarding the fight with Marissa.

Karen gives Karina advice before heading to a party and later AJ comes to Karen to talk about his mother, Renee.

While writing her book, Drita turns to Lee for some inspiration about stories from their past.
