Acerca de este programa

A game just isn't a game without two goalies. Rent-A-Goalie revolves around the exploits of Cake (Christopher Bolton), a hockey-mad, recovered-from-everything go-to guy who runs a rag-tag hockey goalie rental service out of Cafe Primo, a family-owned coffee shop in an Italian neighborhood. Here, at this crazy crossroads of hockey culture, coffee culture and Italian culture, Cake has finally found a home. Cake exhibits his self-made, ever evolving personal 'code' of rules, spiritual maxims and athletic credos while he struggles to rent goaltenders to the teams who need them (while balancing their egos and rivalries).
