Told from Ethel's perspective, the Christies are reunited after a nine year separation and move into 10 Rillington Place. As war breaks out the fractures in their relationship begin to reappear with deceit, suspicion and violence never far below the veneer of married respectability.

Told from Tim's perspective. When newly-weds Tim and Beryl move into 10 Rillington Place they are befriended by their older neighbours the Christies. As time passes and their relationship hits a rough patch Christie's interest and influence over the couple takes a much more sinister turn.

Told from Christie's perspective. After the strain of Timothy Evans' trial Christie finds it increasingly difficult to maintain the charade and as his marriage breaks down he embarks upon a course of action which finally reveals his true nature to the world.

Om denne serien

On 9th March 1950, Timothy Evans was executed for the murder of his wife and child. This was to become one of the most famous miscarriages of justice as three years later six further bodies were discovered at the same address, 10 Rillington Place, and the full horror of John Reginald Christie's crimes were revealed.
