Rusty forgets the code to his robotic piggy bank, activating its selfdefense mode and turning it into a runaway robotic boar. He must catch it and crack the code in time to buy the amazing Wonderdrill tool he's been saving up for. / Rusty and Ruby must save a baby whale that's been beached during a storm and reunite it with her family before they swim out to sea.

New neighbor Frankie Fritz bot‐naps Botasaur, making Rusty and Ruby go on a chase to get their friend back. / Rusty builds a machine that makes and stacks sand blocks, to help Liam build a giant sandcastle. But when Bytes bumps into it and causes it to fritz, it runs off and starts making sand structures all over town, trapping people, blocking train tracks, and creating a giant sandcastle pyramid in the middle of town.

Frankie Fritz challenges Rusty and Ruby to a multi‐stage, all‐terrain race around Sparkton Hills, with the Mobile Rivet Lab as the stakes. / Rusty and Ruby try to save the school's art fair from being frozen over by Frankie Fritz and his modified Skunk‐bot, Frankford.

When the robotic squirrel Rusty made to keep Bytes occupied goes rogue ‐ swiping all the nuts and bolts from things all over town and causing things to fall apart, Rusty and Ruby must find a way to capture Robo‐Squirrel and retrieve his loot before the whole town falls apart. / Frankie Fritz uses a handful of homemade drones to swipe Rusty and Ruby's Mega Battery, so he can power a giant drone and use it to swipe the entire Rivetl Lab!

Rusty and Ruby set off on their pirate ship in a hunt for a buried treasure. But when Frankie catches wind of what the treasure is, he sets out on a pirate ship of his own to find it first. / When Frankie's robo‐mouse accidentally gets copied dozens of times, it's up to Rusty and Ruby to round up the little critters before they take over Sparkton

After successfully freeing them, they realize the octopus just wanted to play.

When the Bits and Bytes accidentally take off in Rusty's solar powered sled, they're taken for a wild ride, while Rusty, Ruby and Jack give chase-- trying to find a way to stop the wayward sled. / As a thank you, Rusty and Ruby try to make Officer Carl blueberry pie for lunch, but accidentally make a giant pie and struggle to transport the oversized dessert to Officer Carl in time for his lunch break.

When Botasaur, Botarilla and Tigerbot catch a virus, it causes the Bits to inadvertently wreak havoc across the town from their powerful sneezes. Now Rusty and Ruby must stop the Bits and cure the virus before it's too late! / When Bytes accidentally tunnels his way into a vast, long-forgotten mines - it's up to Rusty, Ruby and Botasaur to find him and then dig their way out!
