In 1955, a secret Finnish task force called The Fist operates a covert mission that goes horribly wrong. In New York, Finnish student Helena Korhonen is attacked.

Determined to prove to her godfather, Yrjö, that she belongs in his organization, Helena makes a risky move that leads her to the hotel room of a CIA agent.

While a new CIA agent arrives in Finland, Finnish spy Olavi breaks into the Porkkala military base. Helena, trapped in Yrjö’s apartment, finds a secret door.

Now an official member of the Fist, Helena watches Irina, the wife of KGB agent Sergejev. Unbeknownst to her husband, Irina has been selling information to the Americans.

Helena, Tabe, and Olavi travel to Moscow under the guise of performing in a private fashion show.

Tabe throws a big party for prime minister Kekkonen, but its real purpose is to gather intel about his biggest competitor.

The Fist sets out to stop the money shipment from the CIA. As Helena confronts Yrjö about her past, Yrjö’s nephew Julius grows closer to CIA agent John.

While Helena arranges an escape for Sergejev, Julius is trapped at the headquarters, badly beaten. Yrjö comes up with a plan for Helena and Julius.

Olavi’s mission has succeeded. Confronted by Lisa, Helena and Julius decide to invite her for dinner.

On election day, the Fist patrols Parliament House to prevent the CIA from meddling.
