Decorated war hero Bob Lee Swagger is recruited to prevent an assassination of the US President. Meanwhile, FBI agent Memphis investigates potential assassins.

Bob Lee struggles to protect his family from inside the walls of SeaTac Federal Detention Center while Isaac tries to figure out how to silence him. Meanwhile, Nadine investigates further and reaches out to Bob Lee's wife, Julie, who deals with the fallout against her family after the incident.

A man on the run, Bob Lee reaches out to Nadine as he evades his pursuers, putting her on to the beat cop, Kyle Timmons, who took credit for Bob Lee’s capture. Isaac juggles his double life as legitimate agent and co-conspirator as he tries to track down Bob Lee.

After faking his death, Bob Lee calculates his next moves and Isaac ties up loose ends as their relationship is examined through flashbacks of their time serving in Afghanistan. Meanwhile, Nadine digs in to possible connections to Ukraine when she's introduced to Jack Payne, a stone-cold killer posing as a federal agent.

Bob Lee works with Julie to find the missing bullet from the assassination, leading him to a Militia Group in hopes of tracking down the actual Shooter. While Isaac struggles to catch up and stop Bob Lee, Nadine investigates a series of gruesome Russian murders with possible ties to the conspiracy while navigating a deadly game of cat and mouse with Jack Payne.

Bob Lee goes off the grid to track down his former instructor, Sergeant Major Rathford O'Brien, who may have critical information to uncovering the conspiracy, as Nadine interrogates Jack Payne following his arrest. Meanwhile, Isaac discovers the conspiracy has a much darker history than he imagined, while a reporter presents Julie with another way out.

Bob Lee treks across the country to find the last remaining Black King rifle in hopes that it will lead him to the person behind it all as Nadine struggles to connect with a Ukrainian reporter who can reveal the motives for the conspiracy. Isaac is given a task that pushes him to question his allegiance, while Julie is forced to deal with betrayal from her own family.

Bob Lee and Nadine weave a plan to play all sides against each other as they try to secure the last remaining evidence that can exonerate Bob Lee and expose the entire conspiracy. Meanwhile, Isaac struggles to find an exit strategy, Jack Payne tries to flee, and the danger against Julie and Mary reaches new heights.

After Julie and Mary are abducted, Bob Lee must figure out a way to broker an exchange for the recently acquired evidence he lifted from Jack Payne. Nadine, working with Bob Lee, struggles to balance her allegiance to him and the FBI, as Isaac strikes a tenuous deal to assist them as trade for his freedom after it’s done.

With Hugh Meachum as the last remaining leader of the conspiracy and Mary being held at the Russian embassy, Bob Lee, Julie, Nadine, and Isaac must work together to find a way to save Mary, shut down the conspiracy, and prove Bob Lee innocent once and for all.
