i cannot see past season 37 episode 11. I just spoke with customer service which served no purpose at all. I am very frustrated because I know episode 12 & 13 exist. This season has been filled with delays in being able to watch episodes. I am very dissatisfied with google play. No disrespect to the people I am talking to but google is not providing people who have any chance of solving my problem.

Love Survivor, but this is the last time I'll buy a show a show off Google Play. The first 3 weeks episodes were uploaded within a day of airing, which is when I purchased it. Since then, they seem to just do random dumps with no schedule, sometimes going over two weeks with no uploads. Atm episodes 1 to 7 are uploaded(7 having aired a month ago by now) and now ep10 came up today. Where the hell are episodes 8 and 9? Buying this season felt very bait and switch and it'll be my last time useing this store for tv. Was infuriating seeing these episodes get put up on Amazon at the correct times while dealing with this mess.

I buy all the episodes here and so google knows this. Also because I buy them here,they feed me headlines or cards about the show. The card today said who won.....but taste the soup guys,the episode isn't out yet, and as much as I'm happy about who won,I'm peeved off that I don't get the not-knowing and hoping feeling back.
