Teen Mom: The Next Chapter

Amber, Catelynn, Maci, Cheyenne, Leah, Briana, Ashley, & Jade all come together and start a Group chat to stay in touch. Briana wins the lawsuit against a former Teen Mom 2 cast member.

Catelynn's anxiety rises when she notices her daughter's head is flat on one side. Jade is nervous to meet Jenelle while Sean shops for an engagement ring. Briana's stress puts a toll on her mental health.

Briana plans a trip to see her estranged father. Cheyenne struggles with the aftermath of the shooting incident. Maci celebrates Bentley's 13th birthday and fears the bowling alley will trigger her PTSD. Catelynn has surgery to remove a cyst.

Leah moves into her new house and is open to having a baby with Jaylan. Cheyenne & Zach decide they need a fresh start and look for a new house. Briana celebrates Stella's graduation and gets Cheyenne's advice on co-parenting when Luis doesn't show up.

Cheyenne supports Cory as his daughter is born with a heart condition. Amber is officially done with her probation. Bentley wants social media but Maci worries about online predators. Briana gets a mental health diagnosis. Catelynn sets new boundaries.

Catelynn invites all the moms to go on a glamping trip in Florida to celebrate Amber's birthday. Maci & Catelynn are surprised when Ashley doesn't join. Amber has a great time but the verdict of her custody case is still looming.

After Roe v. Wade is overturned, Maci talks to Taylor about getting a vasectomy. Ashley wants to go to nursing school in Vegas but fears the environment will be tough on Bar's sobriety. Catelynn is shocked when she finds out who Briana is dating.

Sean plans a weekend that will change Jade's life forever. Catelynn worries Vaeda has hearing issues while Briana decides it's time to move out of her moms house. Cheyenne finally undergoes corrective plastic surgery right before her bachelorette party and the whole cast is in shock when Amber loses the custody battle for her son James.

In light of the school shootings in Uvalde, Texas Maci talks to her kids about gun violence. Leah, for the first time in her life, is ready to "plan" a pregnancy. Cheyenne's new house is delayed so she needs Cory's help with Ryder. Ashley, Bar and Holly move to Nevada but Ashley is emotional when the reality of the move settles in while Catelynn is in shock when she has to explain to Nova why she placed Carly for adoption.

Catelynn is hospitalized so Tyler is left juggling the three kids. Briana moves out of her mom's house while Amber is devastated and shocked with the state in which Andrew left her house. Jade is super emotional on Kloie's first day of school while Cheyenne finds out Cory will be out of town and won't be able to help like he promised.

Briana's boyfriend Bobby comes to visit while Leah talks to her daughters about ways to be proactive since Roe vs Wade was overturned. Ashley and Bar spend time with Shen in Ohio while Maci looks for ways to educate her kids about anti-racism. Cheyenne is frustrated when Zach's learns he may do time in jail right around the wedding.

Amber goes to California to visit her son James. Sean feels pressure to get a job after looking at a wedding venue with Jade. Cheyenne tries to enjoy her bridal shower but is stressed Zach's legal issues may their wedding. Catelynn and Tyler celebrate 16 years together while Jaylan buys a ring to propose to Leah.

Briana breaks up with beau Bobby while Amber struggles with her new visitation schedule for her son, James. Jade is concerned that Kloie is not eating enough and Cheyenne plans a romantic date with Zach before their wedding. With Catelynn's support, Tyler seeks therapy to help him deal with sexual abuse he experienced as a child.

Cheyenne realizes she forgot to buy Zach a ring with only days to spare before their wedding. Briana meets with Devoin's mom to discuss his gambling addiction but instead they end up fighting. Jade extends an olive branch to her mother and invites her to Kloie's birthday party while Jaylan proposes to Leah in Costa Rica.

Cheyenne throws her dream wedding and there isn't a dry eye in the house as she exchanges vows with Zach. A car accident puts Ashley's and Holly's life at risk and Bar ends up in jail. Briana gets stuck in Florida when Hurricane Ian derails her plans to travel to the wedding. Leah shows Maci her engagement ring but Jaylan and Leah are not as happy as they should be after getting engaged.

Emotions run high when Briana declines to sit with the rest of the moms on stage. Jade & Sean are happier than ever. Cheyenne & Zach give an update on his court proceedings. Dr. Drew encourages Devoin to get help for his gambling addiction.

Amber expresses her anger at the courts for the custody decision and Cate details how she really feels about her open adoption.
