The sheer number of leaps in logic and him pointing things out that could often mean anything and saying it all must only mean the one specific thing is rediculous. If i find a cig butt on the ground next to a known smoker it doesnt mean it must of been his okay. If my daughter hangs out with a lot of girls or son with a lot of guys it dont mean there gay. Leaps in logic is all this guy seems to do and its just irritating to me, sorry, but i like logic to actually have sense and logic to it.

Genius and gorgeous police consultant... A mentalist, whom are so intuitive they are often confused with psychics. Romantic interest is intriguingly insinuated with his partner yet professionalism and the murder of his wife takes years to overcome. It's worth it. It isn't all depressing; he has his silly side :-)

The show defines the concept of interesting weekly mysteries to solve, while also trying to zero in on "Red John", in this case the killer of Jane's family. Since this show, others have attempted to re-create this balance of good weekly plots while advancing the progress in finding "Red John". Jane does indeed find him in Season 6, and the show should have ended there. After that, they "reboot" the show with new cast members and some interesting mysteries, but it does seem to run out of steam without the Red John plot. Nevertheless, the show is top notch, and a classic in my opinion.
