I've seen all episodes and each sequence I get glued to the thrilling events, excited to see what will happen next. Based on the book, yet a stand-alone series - not like the movie in 2007, this show does demonstrate in its own perspective of 'The Mist' and I'd just have to say that the creators had done a fantastic job in directing something different but more sincere and terrifying at the same time. First and foremost, the characters are very intriguing, each and every-single one of them tells a story. While the plot goes a separate direction from its novel counterpart, the series goes under a whole new level, it really gives us a much more elaborate view on the mist and its nature. I was hoping to see more, but I guess it's up to viewers to decide what really happens after the final episode.

So far.. It's been alright. I was super excited to learn about The Mist being made in to a series. I thought the movie was awesome and I am looking forward to seeing how the show progresses. Admittedly the back story's are a bit cliche, but I think it shows promise.

Auslaug can't act her way out of a paper bag-playing similar bitchy mom. Same clichéd small town white bigots, sub syfy cgi. Under the Dome was good compared to this painful to watch drivel.
