The lag between Google posting episodes vs air date has been sporadic (1 day to 1 week), but in any case: This is my favorite unscripted TV series' I have seen from non-network television, having watched all of S1 and the first 3 episode of S2. Each episode presents the creative process of ad agencies in an engaging, dramatic, real, and docu-style way within an hour. It is great at presenting some of the client's perspective & challenges as well. Direction & production values are high without making anything over/melodramatic. To me it seems to be less formulaic & grittier than Undercover Boss, as there is a lot more variance in the processes of the ad agencies & the clients than there are with a boss learning about their business' front lines. I rate this show 5 stars because I cannot think of a significant way that it could be executed better. Out of the entirety of season 1 and season 2's first episode, I can only think of a few minute scene that could've been done away with. If you don't have a desire to know how things in this world work or have AD(H)D, take off a star for each. If you work in the ad industry, you will love or hate it because its just like your job.
