An injured Frank and a reluctant Amy, using the alias Rachel, go on the run as a menacing adversary gives chase. As they try to fight their way out, Frank finds himself in a binding situation. Meanwhile back in New York, Madani pays Russo an unwelcomed visit.

As Pilgrim plans his attack to capture Frank and Rachel, his past comes into focus. Frank and Amy find themselves in police custody where they're anything but safe, sensing that the wolves are circling. Alongside run-ins with law enforcement, his ex-best friend Billy Russo, and former NSA analyst Micro, Frank seeks to uncover the truth once and for all.
