Brendan Fraser performs like the legend he is in this and Donald Sutherland portrays the dependable villain we've grown accustomed to him delivering. Danny Boyle delivers in this series.

The storytelling is languorous and reflexive, weaving multiple narratives and themes of family, wealth and trust, forwards and backwards from various perspectives. It features clever writing and gorgeous filmography. but if you're looking for fast paced this isn't it. Trust luxuriates in the story as much as it luxuriates in the wealth on display, the soundtrack and the locations. Casting is phenomenal with special mentions to the two most terrifying characters: Getty Snr and Primo, played by Donald Sutherland and Luca Marinelli. They each devour every scene they are in and it is worth it, but the rest of the cast are captivating too. Brendan Fraser is solid as the security officer/ narrator and Harris Dickenson is convincing as the wild-child Getty Jnr.

Beautifully filmed - in Italy and England - much better than the movie released 2017 -'All the money in the world' - really tells the story from the angles of all the participants. Hilary Swank as the mother is great as is Harris Dickinson as the grandson. Very much recommend - great story telling.
