About this show
After serving 25 years in prison, Dwight Manfredi (Sylvester Stallone) is unceremoniously exiled by his mob boss to set up shop in Oklahoma. Dwight slowly builds a new criminal empire in a place that to him might as well be another planet: Tulsa.
