An elite unit of U.S. Army helicopter pilots called the Shadow Raiders is sent on a top secret mission to Somalia, a mission that goes terribly awry. Only two members of the team return safely: Warrant Officer Nora Madani (Christina Ochoa), one of the unit's first female helicopter pilots, and her commanding officer, Captain Leland Gallo (Matt Barr), while the whereabouts of their comrade Jimmy Kam (W. Tre' Davis) are unknown.

Nora (Christina Ochoa) and Gallo (Matt Barr), with the secret still hanging over them, seek further information on the escaped prisoner from Somalia.

Nora (Christina Ochoa) and Gallo (Matt Barr) are still searching for the truth about what happened in Somalia. Feeling the pressure of the rescue mission, and forced to keep secrets from Ian (Charlie Barnett), Nora tries to lean on Gallo (Matt Barr), but he continues to keep her at a distance. Nora starts relying more and more on vices to help calm her nerves. Meanwhile, Ian and CIA Officer Thea (Melissa Roxburgh) work together to figure out the next step in the rescue mission. W. Tre Davis, Nigel Thatch and Corbin Reid also star.

While the Shadow Raiders prepare for the next step in their mission, Nora (Christina Ochoa) struggles to get her demons under control. CIA Officer Thea (Melissa Roxburgh) becomes increasingly more involved with the mission, creating even more tension in the group. Meanwhile, Gallo (Matt Barr) realizes that his relationship with Anna (guest star Heighlen Boyd, "The Big Short") might be putting her in jeopardy.

While the team scrambles for a new plan, Gallo (Matt Barr) puts himself in danger for the sake of the mission. Nora (Christina Ochoa) makes a decision that surprises and angers Gallo. Meanwhile, Ian (Charlie Barnett) clashes with CIA Deputy Director Magnus (guest star Brian Letscher). Lastly, Thea (Melissa Roxburgh) realizes she has a lot to prove. Nigel Thatch, W. While Nora (Christina Ochoa) prepares to prove herself to Gallo (Matt Barr), she also considers confessing the truth to Ian (Charlie Barnett). Jimmy (W. Tre Davis) and Crank's (guest star Mac Brandt) actions have devastating consequences. Meanwhile, a frustrated Jess (Corbin Reid) considers taking matters into her own hands. After an intense interrogation, the Shadow Raiders finally get a lead. Nora (Christina Ochoa) makes a shocking discovery and is forced to make a difficult decision. Meanwhile, Gallo (Matt Barr) spirals after receiving bad news. Lastly, Jess (Corbin Reid) is feeling more alone than ever. Charlie Barnett, W. Tre Davis, Nigel Thatch and Melissa Roxburgh also star.

Nora and Ian reach a critical point in their relationship. Gallo finds himself wrestling with PTSD. Meanwhile, Jess is forced to make a difficult choice.

The Shadow Raiders are sent out on a mission which, if successful, could mean a dire outcome for Nora and Gallo. Meanwhile, Jimmy makes a choice that could result in big consequences for both he and Jess.

Nora (Christina Ochoa), Gallo (Matt Barr) and Thea (Melissa Roxburgh) join forces to try to decode an important message. Feeling disappointed, Col. Haskins (Nigel Thatch) considers making a big change.
